Pre-race registration
All 5k runners that have entered in advance should go to the registration area on the day at Hackney Marsh South. You do not need to complete any forms, just let them know your name at the desk so they can allocate you a number – you must have this to participate in the race. We will also take entries for the 5k on the day. The 1k fun run for children is entries on the day only.
Race number
- Your race number should be attached to the front of your running top with the safety pins provided.
- For safety reasons, do NOT swap numbers with other runners.
- If you have a medical condition, provide as much information as possible on the reverse of your race number and put a red cross on the front. This is so the doctor and medical teams are aware of any existing medical condition should you require assistance on the course.
- Write your name and the name of a person to contact in the case of an emergency plus a telephone number clearly on the reverse of your race number.
